I’ve had ongoing issues using Dorevitch for the same blood tests I get every three months. Each visit (at different locations) seems to involve a different problem. Most recently, I was told I needed to be fasting even though my referral did not require fasting, and I was asked to pay $75 for one of the tests despite it usually being covered by Medicare. Arrived at 8.40. Rang the bell. There was 1 person in front of me. Waited until 9.20 no sign of anyone would attend us. The guy before me left and then I left too. With all the bad reviews, better just close the practice.

Terribly rude staff member who didn’t have anyone in the room refused to serve and instead lashed out for not waiting “till ready” despite 10 minutes after the last patient was served (no one else was waiting). No number cards at the studio so how was I supposed to know if I will be called or if the place was going to close. . People with power trips shouldn’t be in healthcare. I had to get an urgent blood test done and this has left me with no option but to be left untreated.

My experience here was upsetting. I left after an hour and a half without actually have the blood test. (I had to leave or I would get a parking ticket) There were only 3 people a head of me yet I still waiting over an hour and a half. I was feeling rattled after an hour (no food) since midnight so left. I’ve had many blood tests in my lifetime yet have never waited this long either only 3 people ahead of me.
