Terribly rude staff member who didn’t have anyone in the room refused to serve and instead lashed out for not waiting “till ready” despite 10 minutes after the last patient was served (no one else was waiting). No number cards at the studio so how was I supposed to know if I will be called or if the place was going to close. . People with power trips shouldn’t be in healthcare. I had to get an urgent blood test done and this has left me with no option but to be left untreated.
My experience here was upsetting. I left after an hour and a half without actually have the blood test. (I had to leave or I would get a parking ticket) There were only 3 people a head of me yet I still waiting over an hour and a half. I was feeling rattled after an hour (no food) since midnight so left. I’ve had many blood tests in my lifetime yet have never waited this long either only 3 people ahead of me.
The only place i will get my bloods done. I have tricky veins, where others will completely butcher me, painful, bruising, failure to draw blood from multiple sites, the lady here is awesome. Gets blood first time every time and can barely feel it. I have to get bloods done regularly, so I hope she never leaves. Edit. Her name is Huang. I believe she works Mon - Thu. Got here for 8.30 open time no one here, annoying as doing fasting bloods, warning to others about their '8.30' start time being accurate
I have found Chelsea Place so convenient to have my blood tests done. The beautiful lady who attended to me was caring, polite, and efficient! My husband and l would often go to Ascot Vale to have our bloods done, this clinic is amazing! Thank you
