The staff at neerim are the best
I have been here a few times over the years and on each occasion was met with friendliness, professionalism and efficiency. I most recently attended this week and the nurse was absolutely lovely in her approach and interaction. There were two people before me at 11.40 and it was close to 12 when I got in and I was seen with complete care and patience for the tests I needed, including an ecg.
It's always closed. Tried ringing ahead, noone answers. Been every morning this week but no luck. Good thing blood tests don't require fasting or anything time sensitive 🙄 what a joke.
Why is this place so unreliable. Not open when the website says they are.
