Usually ok. Today was rude and ignorant. Repeating the same question after the answer was given, twice. Unable to get the patient name correct, reversing given and family name. Towards closing time, maybe she was bored? Mid 50s Sri Lankan woman. I was there with my teenage son. We shared our opinion after and rated it a fail. Conversely, the staff on Friday were professional if not warm.
