The blood collector Jo was very skilled, she has good experience with kids.
When filipino lady took the needle out i felt extreme pain. She wasn’t even sorry about it. She said “all i did was take the needle out”. She was rushed. Not sure why. I had to ask her twice for ice. First time she said theres no ice here. The second time i asked she took her time to ask, i had to look at her straight in the eyes, we shared a long moment of silence, giving me a look of “oh cmon r u serious? Its just a needle….
