Incompetent staff member, understaffed facility. My wife and I waited for an hour, 2 times as both these times the incompetent staff member couldn't take the blood sample, blaming my wife of dehydration after puncturing her arms and back of hand, on 2 separate occasions. After trying the second time, we drove to Melbourne pathology and got in with no wait and blood sample taken with ease.
