Really lovely staff make u feel very relaxed
I didn't have to wait long and the staff were very pleasant and professional.
Tiny small over packed waiting room. Slow slow slow slow service. The staff definitely have all day and they take it.
So slow after waiting 45 mins this morning I left and went to another place this is unacceptable
Collector was very professional and gentle, barely a sensation of the needle! Credit to her employer!
