Staff disagreed with each other on what procedures were required to perform the test. No mention of foods that I was meant to avoid during the test period, meaning I probably have to do the test again, and worst of all, despite the referral being from a public hospital and absolutely no mention of any out of pocket expenses, the day after my visit I got emailed an invoice stating that my test wasn't claimable under Medicare and payment was required in full and due immediately.
Very easy process, painless and top staff. Nothing needs fixing here
