Friendly and Caring staff...Martine was patient and kind with her service today
Martine was the rudest person I have ever encountered at this pathology, first I sent my email at 12:04 and when I was called in at 12:49 she still couldn’t find it, her comment of “well check yourself then it’s not there” and turned the computer screen towards me where I could see other patient emails in the rudest tone I then resent the email, after about 15+ minutes of her asking me like 3 questions and verifying my id she then got up to prepare the blood test stuff I was half way of asking her “which arm” to her response... read more
Just been to Dorevitch in Albert St Moe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.
I went in for a fasting blood test and the place was almost full. I could hear the staff talking with a patient. I took a seat. As I looked around I noticed that the place is quite run down and didnt look overly clean or at all tidy. The customer left and the staff were still in their offices with heaps of people waiting and I could hear them bantering (which is great) but I had places to be and after about 15 minutes of them doing whatever they were doing I left.
