very fast, painless and easy
Had tests done in September, one required payment. Paid on the spot. A month later, they chase me for an outstanding bill. Rang their useless head office (Healius) to sort it out. They said no problems. Now in January, they have put a debt collector on to me for the bill!!! It’s paid you idiots!! Disgusting. So annoyed. Will never use Dorevitch again.

Please update your operating hours. It says on both website and on the entrance door that the centre open at 8am on Thursday. But there was no one opening the door or anything. Myself and the other person waited for 10mins still no sign of staff. We not even sure if the blood test service is operating. The building looks being neglected as well. So both of us left to somewhere else. :(
