I have bloods taken often & thought to go local, unfortunately the lady doing bloods needs more training. My husband & I left after 1hour, he got his bloods done, 2 butterfly needles in, no bleed for me, this has never happened before, She blamed the vials. I know it was the technique as I went to another collector & everything went smoothly. Please please give these new people more training.

Very helpful reception staff at the medical centre, and I was seen straight away by Dorevitch staff. The nurse took blood out of my very tricky veins without issue. Definitely recommend.
Very rude receptionist , told me appointment needed for pathology! This is the first for me , as I have never needed an appointment for blood test . Very cold atmosphere
