The nurse here is absolutely lovely and caring, but the overall experience is impacted by very long waiting times and the attitude of one of the receptionists. I have visited this clinic several times, and the wait has consistently been much longer than at other pathology centres. On one occasion, after waiting over 40 minutes with no movement in the queue, I asked a simple question — whether the pathology was open — and the receptionist’s only response was, “the nurse must be busy.” I wasn’t complaining, just seeking clarif... read more
Friendly staff and professional nurse. Only issue is it can be a bit slow as just one nurse do the tests, I always get there before they open so I don't have to wait long

I’ve never had an issue with this pathology clinic. The staff is always lovely, attentive, and professional. Highly recommend
Please be aware Dorevitch will not perform a blood test on someone under 16 without a parent. This is very unhelpful as it's not advertised, and also not aligned with when parents lose visibility of medical appointments via Medicare. Also impossible to get the centre to answer calls....
