Excellent service and very polite
It was quick and the service was excellent. Homa was very, very kind—she has the gentlest touch I’ve ever experienced during a blood test. I would definitely recommend her.
I went for getting blood test done to this pathology. Reached 8.30 am and had to wait for more than 2.5 hrs to get blood test done. Only 10 people in queue at that moment. When asked they mentioned that roster set by company is only keeping one person on duty, which is putting lot of pressure on the staff. This pathology runs very busy with expecting more than 100 customers on daily basis. Still not having enough staff to manage.
