I’ve always been happy with the service at the Lavington clinic but today has changed my perspective on that situation. The guy working in there is verbally abusive with no customer service skills.. I’m shocked and disappointed that the company has employed him.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone attend this clinic whole he is employed.. A formal complaint will be lodged..
