Very poor customer service the male blood collector was very rude and after he collected blood I got very large bruises on my hand which was very painful

The male collector on 17/8/2026 was hiding my viles in his hands under the desk and was quick to tell me I was good to go before he had even put the stickers on my sample viles. As the procedure appeared too quick, and the fact that I didn't see any blood in the tubing I asked him to show me the viles in his hand - they were empty!! Check that your viles have blood in them before you leave! I'd hate to think whose blood he was going to use or even if my tests would have been done. Good polite efficient
Had a blood test the lady dug the needle in was like torcher she does not know how to take blood. Told me not to cry next time when I was walking out. I came back again to have another lady do it, told her I have a needle phobia so excuse my reaction I'll be fine, she looked at me confused, I asked her if she knows what a needle phobia is, she didn't, so I asked for someone else to do it, she was not happy about that. One of several problems with this place
