Very good staff helpfull
Pathetic service, waited for an hour for 8AM booking. Pathologist came an hour late, only to say she's not feeling good go somewhere else ! Unbelievable how careless they are. No apology nothing. At least 10 people waiting in the queue, all speechless. How they are still in service no idea.
After waiting for an hour the lady told me that she can't do my test because she has back pain! I'm pregnant and fasting for the glucose test. If she mentioned early i could go somewhere else. She just wasted my day. I booked the appointment 2 weeks ago btw.
Visited on 22/01/2026 at 11:45am for a fasting blood test, as it was the only time I could step away from work. The door was already locked, despite the displayed lunch break being 12:00-12:30pm. I waited in my car until 12:30pm when I saw a staff member exit - however, she was actually leaving for lunch at that point, and updated the sign to "back at 1pm."
