It is concerning how long they make people wait here for simple blood tests, particularly elderly. There is one person on who takes 30 minutes per person. As I waited in the waitroom I observed elderly people begin to struggle with the long 2-3 hour wait. This really doesnt feel good enough and was very disappointing to observe.
The medical team were very helpful and very friendly. Thankyou
Polly at Lakes Entrance Dorevich Pathology is such a caring person who makes you feel at ease when you have blood tests. She’s always smiling and makes you laugh throughout your visit. Highly recommend blood tests done here. Keep up your great work Polly.
