This was my regular pathology but now I had to change it although it's 4 minutes away from my home but yeah never ever again because of that rude lady that work especially in Thursday shift and i saw her on Monday as well! Excessive wait times
I have been sitting and waiting since 10.45 with 4 people still ahead of me. I note a sign in your waiting room stating ‘this is a busy clinic so expect longer wait times’ So what is a reasonable time? 45minutes and still waiting is excessive!! If you know this is a busy period well then staff the place appropriately!! Start caring for your clients rather than your wallet!!!
I attended this clinic in April and my samples were taken by some dropkick who stank of cigarettes and was clearly hungover or coming down off drugs. He entered the details of my referral incorrectly and to this day I'm still receiving texts claiming I owe them money. I've contacted Dorevitch/Healius multiple times to resolve this to no avail, so I'll be reporting them to the Health Complaints Commissioner. A predatory company that I suggest you steer clear of
