Managed to somehow lose my blood test results, of course this was on a Friday before a long weekend, they don’t work over weekend either. Even more waiting for diagnoses. Really disappointing and unprofessional on their behalf.
The laboratory test is so expensive. May private insurance asking me an another receipt with full details and description so I can claim the refund so I call the main office multiple times but no one answering. I emailed also the dorevitch a lot of times but no response. Until now I didn’t claim my refund from my insurance. I regret why I went to this clinic.
Attended today for a blood test, and waited for over an hour to be seen with only a few in front of me. Seems every thing is done on the go slow. Would recommend going dome where else
