I would appreciate if the staff member had been more polite, professional, and patient. At first, I thought of letting it go, assuming maybe she was just having a bad day, and I had already been fasting for 14 hours for the test. But after tolerating the yelling and impatience just because I was there at 11:30 and they close at 12, she could have refused if it was too late, I would be happy but she rather choose to be angry and do it, and it just took 10 min, I later found out the test wasn’t even done properly.
