I normally really hate getting my bloods done, but having an auto immune disease is constant. I often walk in dreading having to get the bloodwork done and sit there waiting for ages. Today was the opposite, Alana was fantastic and made me feel at ease. Not everyone can take blood without it being painful, Alana did an excellent job and only a tiny prick at the start.
