Date of visit: 23 July 2026, my turn number was #6 — didn’t wait too long at all! I didn’t get her name, but the nurse who took my blood was absolutely amazing! She is so skilled — she knew exactly what she was doing. It was gentle, quick, no pain at all, and my veins have healed perfectly already — you’d never know anything happened! I’ve had experiences before elsewhere where staff needed more training, which hurt and damaged veins unnecessarily — so this was such a wonderful relief! I couldn’t be happier with her care.
