I had the worst experience with the nurse at dorevitch today. She refused to help/direct me to get a self test kit, saying they don't do that at the centre and I had to go get the test kit at the the doctors, which I then did, collected my sample and brought it back to her and she said they don't print out label for my referral because it was on text messages. This centre is always busy and always grumpy. Saturday is the worst because of the short hours everyone shows up at 8.00am even though the website says it opens at 8.30am. The medical centre in Hallam square would take some of the load off if it staffed properly and heavily signed so people know that there is a Dorevitch pathology there.
They provided a quality patient care. And staff is really friendly.
