Really annoying that you never actually get to speak to a real person on the phone to double check opening hours especially over Easter as Google is only as good as the information provided & I have been caught before where the centre shows its open but it is actually closed when you get there. Not taking the chance will try somewhere where I can actually speak to someone first.
Really good centre. Even when busy they get the queues moving quickly. Lovely staff. Happy to drive here even though I don’t live in Greensborough.
Very conducive environment and the staff is professional 👏
Staff were already at their station when I checked in at 730am and got my number 01. Less than 3 mins I was called in by the pathologist and a verification of details etc were conducted. She was gentle in collecting blood sample and explained clearly the procedures of using the jars for collection and preparation to hand in sample collection. Very professional and service with a smile. A good recommended pathology center
