Closed for lunch, this should be advertised, waste of time
After visiting two other sites that Google listed as open but were actually closed, I was pleased to find the parking at Golden Square to be easy and the staff were very friendly and efficient. In particular, Paras was very attentive. For someone like me who does not like getting my blood taken it was a painless, smooth and relaxed experience.
Please don’t come here there are plenty of Pathologist in Bendigo.
I recently visited this pathology centre for a test, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I tried to speak with staff member she was extremely rude and even closed the door with frustration. This behaviour felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. As a patient, I expected basic courtesy and care, which were completely lacking during my visit.
