I recently visited this pathology centre for a test, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I tried to speak with staff member she was extremely rude and even closed the door with frustration. This behaviour felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. As a patient, I expected basic courtesy and care, which were completely lacking during my visit.
Great service and love that it opens Early
Went there at 7am, as I had to fast the night before. The lady working there was friendly....BUT... when it was time to get the blood samples she was hopless/useless. Tried getting blood out of my right arm, and only got about an eye dropper of blood. Tried my left arm and got about 1/16 of a teaspoon.Pretty much blamed ME, because she couldnt get enough blood saying I was dehydrated.
