Excellent place to go for blood tests. Nurse is so lovely and friendly as well. Plenty of parking and waiting area excellent.
Lovely and friendly staff, but both times I have been there nurses could not finish the tests on me. I have thin veins and if for the first time the lady only could do 3 tubes out of four, for the second time another lady could not take the blood samples at all. Both times I ended up going to another pathology to do the tests.
Located in the Waverley general practice. We waited for over 45 mins even though the centre was completely empty. The lady pathologist comes out 5 mins before closing stating she is closing now and she cannot take more customers. They don’t value people’s time and extremely unprofessional.
