Wendy the pathologist at Glen Waverley Super Clinic was super kind and helpful and heard that i had recently lost the pathology papers and i had a appointment with my endocrinologist soon. She went out of her way to make sure the results came in fast so i didn't have to reschedule my appointment which would take months. I really appreciate her communication and kindness

I am very disappointed with the service I received on 12 Apr. The nurse failed to collect blood on the first insertion, and upon removing the needle, there was significant bleeding that wasn't properly contained, which was quite frightening. Instead of acknowledging the technical error or offering reassurance, the staff member just brushed it off as "normal." This lack of proficiency and empathy made me feel very unsafe. I would not recommend this place for blood tests if you expect a smooth or professional procedure.

Nurse at centre was very professional & efficient. She was friendly, put me at ease before taking my blood & explained that she had used a finer needle as my veins were small. It didn't hurt. She was experienced; I was thankful!
