Lovely staff member did my blood test today, I have notoriously small veins and she got it first try! Staff are lovely, clinic is clean, I didn’t have to wait at all, good parking, overall great experience! Will come for all my future tests! Thank you Dorevitch GW!
Parking can be difficult but there is another car park next door. Wait not too long. Lots of staff. As some who has lots of difficulty providing blood, the staff were divine. Has a to provide 4 samples. All with one needle and only one needle provided. Bliss. Love the staff.
Extremley busy, not enough staff on. But most are lovely. Wait is over an hour.
had a better experience at the glen waverly practice, forgot the 2 names of those who helped but it was around 10-10:30. very thankful for them both for seeing me with such a painless blood test. the practice located at forest hill medical and dental i got turned away at 9:45am and only 6 people in front of me when they close at 12pm.. not sure why they couldn't see me when they still had 2 hours and 15 mins left? but either way i highly recommend the glen waverly practice as staff were amazing and comforting
