Very professional operation
Got in immediately and staff were very friendly.
Found it too crowded and grubby
Very poor service. Arrived just after 4pm, got a number and kept waiting an entire hour only to be told that she couldn't get the blood test done and to.come back another day. Very disappointing service.
The opening hours are fantastic however, the appearance of the building is derelict and unused in appearance in this day and age. I particularly noticed unfriendliness in communication from the Collector. No warmth whatsoever which I think is so very important when dealing with people. I believe the staff would feel so much better themselves if they extended a smile and a friendly greeting.
