It’s great that they open up at 7 am on a Saturday. But it’s not much use when you have to wait an hour for your blood test.
Nurse was the best experience I’ve ever had at taking blood. Quick and painless.
They need to top up their nurses. From where I sat in the waiting room, at least 4 rooms. But they only had 2 nurses. Nurses look tired even in the very early morning. Every 15 mins or so a number will be called. If you consider there are 2 nurses, that means each nurse takes about 30 mins on a patient. I wasted nearly 40 minutes there and gave up, realising only two patients had been called since I arrived and people jammed in the waiting area confused by the slow process. P.S. The collectors and staff can only use the tools they have in front of them, but I think a bit of personality effort would go a long way.
Great staff and didn’t feel a thing. There was a wait - 40 mins - due to fasting blood tests happening in the morning. I tried to have my test last week but they were disorganised due to trying to pack up to move to new facilities and were extremely slow in seeing clients. Admin were not fair to their staff and customers, expecting to do both jobs efficiently. It would have been a totally different score for last weeks experience. Glad today’s appointment went more smoothly.
