This centre has amazing & efficient staff
Slow and painful, waited 20 min when it was completely empty. The guy in collection room 3 blew my vein up, now my arm and hand are all swollen and bruised thanks to him. Went to the GP and they said it was because of poor technique of the collector. What a shame.
Your opening hours state that you are open on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. However, on 30 May 2026, my wife and I arrived at 9:00 AM for a blood test and found the clinic closed with no staff present and the doors locked. I’m not sure whether this was a staffing issue or incorrect opening hours, but it was very frustrating and wasted our time. Please ensure your operating hours are accurate and reliable.
Staff are amazing. Especially, Kelly. She has been very friendly and cooperative.
