Went Friday 12pm. They close at 1pm. Took the number and was asked to be seated. After waiting 30 mins, I asked the receptionist to check. A lady then comes out and tell me that they are doing maintenance and they won't attend me today. Can't you write a note or tell at reception, so people do not sit and waste time?

I had a great experience doing my blood test here. The reception staff were nice and helpful. I only waited for 10 minutes to be called. The lady who did my blood test was nice and experienced. The process was done smoothly, I didn't even feel the needle coming in. I recommend this place. Thanks for the great service.
