Very good experience.
Terrible and rude communication. Had arranged to have someone come out to take my grandmother’s bloods. Told that it would happen any time from 8am to 4pm. At 11am when I called to see when they would call me or to see if I could get a one hour heads up before someone came around as I had some errands to run and kids to pick up from school the staff member on the phone rudely told me that “You have to make yourself available all day.” It is currently 4:45 pm and no one has called yet.
