I attended Dorevitch Epping on 10 January 2026 as a walk-in patient to have my blood recollected. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. There was no numbering system in place (as shown in the photo), and when I politely asked if I could be given a number, I was instructed to wait outside. During this time, four other patients were attended to, yet I was not issued a number nor informed of any cut-off. I think snails operate at a faster pace!! Ridiculous service - 2hrs to serve 7 people!! Never coming here ever again!!
Faces the northern car park on the left of the western entrance. Good patient staff manage a hectic patient load with all kinds of patients old young and diverse. They attend promptly and courteously. I had to get registered and drop a sample. The pathology specialist handled it all in her stride. I recommend this facility.
The lady who drew my blood was excellent. Usually my veins are hard to get and at other places it usually takes them 3 attempts. Sometimes I have to even leave without getting bloods taken.
