I had a very positive experience at the Epping collection clinic and would particularly like to recognise Sherie for the excellent care she provided. Sherie was friendly, professional and made the whole process of having my blood collected very comfortable and stress-free. She explained what she was doing, was gentle and efficient with the blood collection, and her warm and caring manner was greatly appreciated. I went on a Friday evening around 6.30pm. There was no queue. The whole process took less than 10 mins. The pathology collector was highly skilled. I felt no pain nor anything. I visited this centre again on a Thursday evening. There was no queue. I met another collector. She was also highly skilled in her field. It was quick and easy. I felt extremely comfortable with the whole experience from start to finish.
Staff very friendly and informative during visit. Did not have to wait very long.
