Dont bother .. they usher others tgrough who came in after even though you have a ticket.. Lady who i got to take bloods and samples didnt bother looking up at me and was putting another clients blood away in front of me .. room was musty and cluttered .. Find a cleaner and more hospitable clinic !
I've had my blood taken here a few times, and this morning Vivian was, as always, professional and friendly. Even while managing quite a busy period and a challenging situation I incidentally overheard with another client, she stayed calm and respectful throughout. She is skilled and efficient at drawing blood, clearly very good at what she does in every aspect.
The lady was very nice and opening hours 7a.m is very important
I attended Dorevitch Epping on 10 January 2026 as a walk-in patient to have my blood recollected. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. There was no numbering system in place (as shown in the photo), and when I politely asked if I could be given a number, I was instructed to wait outside. During this time, four other patients were attended to, yet I was not issued a number nor informed of any cut-off.
