Vivian at Dorevitch Pathology (Epping Family Medical & Specialist Centre) was absolutely amazing. I have severe anxiety around blood tests, and she handled it with so much care and calm. She kept me talking and distracted, and I genuinely didn’t even realise she had already done the blood draw. It was over before I knew it. She was kind, reassuring, and incredibly skilled - easily the best experience I’ve ever had with a blood test. Thank you, Vivian. I wish I could always come to you. :) <3

There system not working and she blaming me for card not working later 2 hours she says is okay and works pathetic service
The lady at this place is unprofessional. If you're working in healthcare, especially in pathology where patient interaction is part of the role, a respectful and calm attitude is essential. If you're overly fearful of germs or illness, this may not be the right field for you.
