Terrible experience. Waiting for an hour with 3 other people listening to the ridiculously long conversations between phlebotomist and patient. Topics on court and power of attorney is just not relevant, patients need to be seen. I had a 10am fasting cut off time and I missed it because of this. I left and the 3 other people still waiting…
I could not be happier with my experience of having blood taken today at Dorevitch, Emerald. The waiting room was clean and bright and the practitioner was friendly, informative and proficient.
Great experience, lovely humans greeted with a smile, seen immediately, well cared for DID NOT HURT AT ALL!! easy to walk in and out of which is exactly what you want when not feeling your best
My time spent at Mandela clinic over the years has been extensive and never once have l walked out being disatisfied they are a very friendly and personal group of Drs and staff.. And the pathology girls are absolutely amazing at their work for taking blood is not always easy when my veins are hard to see. But they do it with ease, l thank you..Sandy.
