I attended this pathology collection centre for a blood test and hadn't realised beforehand that it shares its waiting room with a reproductive health clinic, that offers abortion and vasectomy services. While I was waiting, patient aftercare was discussed in the shared waiting area. I think the co-location should be made clearer in the pathology centre's listing so that people are aware of the setting before choosing whether or not to attend.

The waiting area is tiny, and the setup between reception and Dorevitch is very confusing. Instead of giving clear directions, the receptionist just pointed in a general direction. When I opened the door she pointed to, it turned out to be the actual clinic room; the nurse inside was startled and told me to wait back in the other room. It's a frustrating, uncoordinated system that makes a simple visit way too difficult, to the point that I ended up leaving. Waited 30 minutes at 8am for the nurse to arrive and they never did. I was only notified after 30 minutes that they weren’t arriving. Dont come here

Zero stars if I could. Showed up early at 7:50 AM to be ready for the 8:00 AM opening. Waited around until 8:30 AM and the staff simply never showed up. I took the morning off work and fasted for absolutely nothing. An absolute joke of a service and a complete waste of time. Absolutely avoid this location if you actually need to get a test done.

Discrimination! When do people with children become a minority? I was waiting to do the blood test and my husband was waiting outside with our toddler. He was told to leave the private territory as the children are not allowed on those premises due to the nature of the clinic (abortion) as some women can get upset seeing children. Dogs outside were fine. Never coming there again, I was their client for 11 years.
