Really frustrating to go in at 7:30am as the doors open and not get results same day for an urgent blood test. It's happened twice in the last week for me, it's unacceptable after being told there are multiple couriers collecting samples throughout the day. If you want to be sure your results will be ready, go somewhere else.

This lab was very disorganised. Staff members gave patients conflicting information and even refused to answer important questions. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Clinician administered the wrong test despite the referral clearly specifying the type of collection type. Had to go back the following day for a proper collection sample and obtain another referral from my Dr as I was certain it was the incorrect method. A right waste of time and hassle.

Had a genuinely horrible experience here. Firstly, I came in to have an ECG test and booked in my Holter monitor test for 2.5 weeks time. I was not told to bring anything in at the 2nd appointment - just to show up on the day and someone would come out to get me and get things rolling. My appointment was written into their diary book.
