I usually don’t leave feedback but had such a wonderful experience with the beautiful young lady who looked after me (I believe her name was Fatma and Saturday Betty…?). Both such lovely girls. I visited yesterday, got my blood on the first go, where others have struggled. What stood out even more was her uplifting personality and the way she stayed positive even with a busy waiting room. She really turned something I usually dread into something comfortable and reassuring.
The nurse Faima is very accommodating and kind. I’m not an easy patient she made me feel comfortable. i felt like a nuisance in previous visit by another pathologist so I wasn’t feeling enthusiastic. The waiting room however isn’t suitable and company should look into providing more room
