Slow, rude and unorganised. I’ve been forced to go here a couple of times over the years, mainly for convenience but I’d much prefer to drive to Warragul. I waited 30 minutes for them to complete 2 people waiting ahead of me. They always take forever, there’s rarely more than one person working and when informing you of wait times / tests conducted etc they are so rude.
