Taking blood or scratching the hand
Absolutely ridiculous experience. A complete waste of time. Tried calling the number listed for Dorevitch Doreen on Google (ending in 0008), phone rings dead silent. No connection, no voicemail, nothing. Then tried the number listed on their own official website (ending in 0444), and same thing, silent. No ringing, no response, just dead air. First time I have experienced a sample collector wantedly hurt a patient. This is very unfortunate. May be she don't like my race or she don't like her job.
I struggle with blood tests and am a fainter/vomiter at the best of times. Zainab was calm, to the point and did the quickest blood test I’ve ever had in my life, even my partner who took me was surprised how in and out I was. She deserves an award for quickest blood draw without making a patient freak out. Will be back to see her 🫶🥰
