I had a fasting GTT test appointment and had been fasting for 12 hours. My appointment was at 8:00 AM, and even though the clinic opens at 8:00, I was still not called in by 8:45 AM. During that time, not a single blood test was done, and I started to feel unwell because of the long fast. I finally had to leave without being seen. Amazing how time is treated as worthless here. Over an hour of waiting, no explanation, no staff answering questions — just a room full of irritated people who clearly had the same experience. The highlight? The suspicious 5-star reviews. It really feels like some of them are written by people from inside the lab. Apparently they think a few fake stars will make everyone forget the chaos. Excellent service and everything was explained really well. They took bloods(hardly felt the needle go in) and did an ECG. Very happy with my experience.
