My experience at this pathology centre was genuinely unacceptable and reflects a complete breakdown of basic professionalism and patient care. I waited 50–60 minutes with elderly patients also left sitting unattended, and not a single staff member showed even the slightest urgency or concern. The reception desk was abandoned for long stretches, and despite repeatedly trying to find someone due to the urgency of my test, no staff appeared or offered assistance.
