The Chinese lady called Sarena is very rude and unprofessional and have no duty of care. I expressed that I am scared of needle and asked for small needle. She was unhappy and asked me to talk to doctor to get an alternative that not involved blood test. She also made me very painful when she draw blood. I never had experience any pain like how she took the blood and it left a big bruise on my arm.
Early wait times could improve & hygiene.
I felt completely at home. Complete confidence in the staff I was involved with! would I do it again?? You bet I would!!!
