This morning 31/01/2026, a nurse attempted to draw my daughter’s blood, and the situation was handled very poorly. My daughter became extremely unwell and experienced significant discomfort due to the nurse’s behavior, yet the nurse did not show adequate concern or take appropriate steps to ensure her safety and comfort.
