I would have given it no stars if that was an option. Absolutely ridiculous service. Wasted an hour in waiting when I was the second person to arrive out of a total of 3 people, but the collectors have no shame. Even senior citizens had to wait without any acknowledgement from the staff since the staff was busy with a trades person on site. Waste of time and a very unhygienic place. Literally flies inside not just the waiting area but also the room where they store specimens.
The clinic opens as early as 7:30 AM, which is especially convenient for fasting tests. There's no waiting time, clean & professional service
