The laboratory pathologist was friendly, did her job to perfection. Though I felt little bit hard on her words, she was correct and doing her job. I didn’t drink sufficient water before blood tests and though I might have felt awkward during tests, she was right in her approach and tried to get blood out of my veins in best possible way. She is an expert and was doing her right job, disclosing correct Medicare and optional billing procedures to me. I liked it and I would visit again if I need to take blood tests
The worst place dont bother going. Stayed for 30mins with my son 7yrs fasting and not a sip of water to be told the tests were over for the day. Much more efficient places nearby. Worst service and experience.
Short wait times in the AM and the staff have been nothing but pleasant and professional.
I must thank the nurse , I was not in a good mood on Friday,and apologized to her about my behaviour at the end . she handled the situation professionally and was v gentle towards me . Good service
I had a really disappointing experience. The staff were rude and didn’t give us a chance to speak or explain anything. It also felt unprofessional, as they were dealing with us without even properly facing us. Overall, it was frustrating and uncomfortable. I won’t be returning.
