Great service! Clean and well presented practice.
Website says open on saturdays, it was closed on 2 occasions , why mention open when they don’t operate on Saturdays? Misleading and waste of time.
I went in for a blood test. The phlebotomist was very un professional and rude. She called me Grumpy I was trying to guide her to which vein is successful as my veins always burst and I am a nurse so I know ……….she said go take your own blood. Then when she went to put the adhesive on the injection site, she banged it in a way my elbow just dropped I can’t understand how someone can be so rude in such a well-known clinic. One star is too much.
Poor service. Long waiting periods with unprofessional staff.
