Had a really great experience today at the pathology centre. Even though it was the weekend and the waiting time was longer than usual (which is understandable since other centres are closed), it was absolutely worth it. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. She handled everything with so much care, which made a big difference to my experience. They lost my sons test. It took forever in the waiting room to actually be seen. It was a fasting teat. The person was very friendly, but the test was lost, never made it to the laboratory as it turned out. Maybe it was mislabelled and couldn't be processed, or thrown in the bin, I don't know. But when we followed up with the doctor who then called the lab, it never arrived. So now we have to do the test again. Very disappointed.
It's 2 hours wait time. Go somewhere else.
