Went today with my son. We arrived at 11.45 and were told that we can't be seen because she's closing in 10 minutes (was closing in 15 minutes). There was only 1 person before us! Rude!
i’ve been to this pathology a number of times in the past few years and only very few times have there been no problems. i just waited for half an hour today at the clinic from opening time with a room full of people to only find out that there was no pathologist actually even there. extremely poor service. i’ve now had to go to another one nearby and will likely have to wait another 30 minutes to get my blood drawn for a test i need to fast for. other times i have gone here (during business hours) the door was locked and no... read more

Pathologist was attentive and kind to my daughter's fear of needles
Considering how busy Craigieburn is, perhaps the pathologies here including both of dorevitches should have longer hours and double staff during peak hour. Specifically on this one, the lady working here for some reason chose my vein on the outside of my elbow for the blood draw. I have friends who are RNs and I am a regular at lifeblood. The vein in the centre of my arm is basically a subway tunnel in size. It's the preferred draw point. When she drew from the outside..
