Arrived at 11:40AM while operating hours clearly state they're open until 12PM. Doors locked. Definitely won't be returning here.

Hello, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your pathology clinic. The staff member who performed my blood test appeared inexperienced and was unable to collect the sample properly. The needle was moved around my arm without successfully locating the vein, causing unnecessary discomfort. I was then advised to have blood taken from the back of my hand because it would be “easier.” I have never experienced this level of difficulty during a routine blood test before.
