Arrived at 11:40AM while operating hours clearly state they're open until 12PM. Doors locked. Definitely won't be returning here.

Hello, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your pathology clinic. The staff member who performed my blood test appeared inexperienced and was unable to collect the sample properly. The needle was moved around my arm without successfully locating the vein, causing unnecessary discomfort. I was then advised to have blood taken from the back of my hand because it would be “easier.” I have never experienced this level of difficulty during a routine blood test before. I went to Dorevitch Pathology on Craigieburn Road today for a blood test before my next GP appointment. Normally, I avoid going on Saturdays because they tend to be quite busy. I first went to another local Dorevitch Pathology, but it was very crowded, so I decided to leave and try the Craigieburn Road clinic instead. I’m so glad I did.
