Very unprofessional staff. Waited for so long that every patient has to waited for ages for the turn and feel sorry for the people who was there for fasting blood test and they have to wait way longer as usual.
No waiting.. the lady was caring and professional. Its hard to find veins in my arm and she checked multiple times before poking me for no reason. Ended up getting my bloods with minimal pain or bruising even due to the difficultly. Got my results back the next day as they were marked urgent. Thank you!
I had the worst experience, last Saturday I had my bloods taken, the women who took my bloods firstly opened the needle without any gloves on, which was the first red flag and I probably should have left after that. I then asked her to use a specific vein as I know my own body— and then she used a different one and went against what I asked for. She then jabbed me so hard, I am still bruised one week later!!! Unpredictable timings. It can be closed any day anytime for no reason, sometimes staff is missing.
Arrived at 11:40AM while operating hours clearly state they're open until 12PM. Doors locked. Definitely won't be returning here.
