I had a great experience at Dorevitch Pathology Clayton. Olivia and Zayra were both very friendly, caring, and professional. The service was incredibly fast—I was called in within 3 minutes, and my blood test was completed in under 5 minutes. The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. A great place with excellent service. Thank you, Olivia and Zayra! Highly recommended.

Really bad experience. The appointment started with her blaming me because she didn’t know how to read the referral form for the blood test. I can move past that but what was really upsetting was that when she figured out what test I needed, she kept saying what it was for with the door open and many others waiting in the waiting room. I felt humiliated. It didn’t even occur to me that the door was open until it happened because it feels like standard practice for a door to be closed for a medical procedure.

Excellent Pathology Centre, I never have to wait and it is open until 5 pm which is great! Staff are amazing and very informative, patient, professional, kind and supportive.
