I'm terrified of blood tests as I'm not good with blood and have been known to faint at the sight of it. I feel ill and generally scared. The lady with the red hair was incredibly kind and gentle, always asking throughout if I was ok which I appreciated very much. She was also quick and painless!
Fast service, friendly and professional staff
The clinician that collects here is amazing. I have some bad scarring from self harm and substance use and I've never felt judged. In fact, I've felt nothing but care and concern and this lady has never struggled to withdraw blood. Amazing really.
