The lady who works here is amazing - always welcoming, kind, gentle, considerate, professional and reassuring. Test results are always punctual. Waiting time is normally short. I couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you.
I'm terrified of blood tests as I'm not good with blood and have been known to faint at the sight of it. I feel ill and generally scared. The lady with the red hair was incredibly kind and gentle, always asking throughout if I was ok which I appreciated very much. She was also quick and painless!
