Brilliant pathologist. She's professional, gentle and I never felt the needle. Recommend her to everyone to get the bloods done.
Saturday morning and only one person working! Waiting 90 mins in a freezing waiting room and then the staff member wondering why it was so hard to get a vein. Turn on the heating to at least keep people comfortable and employ additional staff on Sat mornings.
Had to wait for a long then decided to go to another place. Thanks God it is not the only place
Went in for 7am had been fasting and I had someone in before me and the entire process has never taken so long before . It was a new system which took 30 minutes and possibly they should not try a new system out at 7 am when people are obviously needing to go to work
