Worst pathology experience I’ve had in the 20+ clinics I’ve visited. I ended up having a panic attack because the staff member was rude and wildly uncaring about my pain and comfort. I have fibromyalgia (as a lot of people do) and so live in constant extreme pain. You would expect that the person doing these tests, that are necessary for my care, to be compassionate, kind and respectful of your health conditions. Blood collection was painless 🥰 and the staff was very friendly. I finished my appointment at 4:28 PM and they close at 4:30, but I just tried to ask if it was still possible. I would’ve understood if they said no, but they kindly accommodated me and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. I really appreciate it, thank you!

I did not have a good experience it was a busy day, I needed pre admission blood tests and ECG the nurse looked very stressed she tried to take blood twice unsuccessfully then directed me to Chelsea Heights Pathology. There was a lot of blood work needed, and due to her demeanour it was obvious she did not want to do it, stating this will put me behind..I did go to Chelsea Heights as advised, they exceeded my expectations, nothing was too much trouble and they had no issues drawing blood.. thank you.
