I attended this pathology clinic two days ago. The phlebotomy procedure was poorly executed. The tourniquet was tightened excessively. The vein chosen was a very large one one the side of my cubitsl fossa. The blood test was very slow. I was not given any post blood test education. After 12 hours I developed a large, painful haematoma, that has continued to cause discomfort leading to restricted arm movement. I would not recommend attended this clinic.
Don’t waste your time going there, terrible service. People there don’t want to work.
Went to this place twice and there was no one working on both days. If you are going here, please call before you go.
