The nurse was very rude. At 11:40, she showed up at the counter and said she wouldn't see anyone else. She even took the number from the last person who came in, saying it was too late. But the worst part was that the lab lost my blood test results, and when I arrived at my appointment at the hospital, there were no records of them. This meant they had to give me a new order for tests and a new appointment at the hospital.
Went there at 8:10am on 19/12/26 5 ahead of me. At 8:50am I left with only 1person ahead of me being seen. Ridiculous
Nurse was very rude!
Can’t give it anymore as no one showed up to provide the service they advertise. Myself and 5 others all had to go to other locations. One of the customers said this was a regular occurrence for this location. So save yourself the time and go elsewhere. Maybe this is what happens when you’ve a guaranteed, easy money business model with no competition propped up by the Gov. but if they’re a franchise, good luck paying your rent and general costs with this kind of service. Kerry was absolutely amazing at doing my blood test. I highly recommend her. She is very experienced at what she does and makes the procedure feel very comfortable and effortless
