Usually fantastic but painfully slow today. It's been 45mins and they've seen 2 patients
Came on a Tuesday afternoon around 2pm, it was empty and I was first in line. Nurse was incredibly helpful, friendly and kind!! Immediately eased my anxiety. She also educated me on the different types of tubes and blood types which I found to be entertaining. The centre is so clean and modern too. This will be my go to place from now on. Thank you for making this such a pleasant and fuss free experience 🙏
I’ve been avoiding a couple blood tests, as you know, they’re not always fun. Popped by here 17/5 where both staff members were efficient, personable and great at what they do.
Excellent staff and really professional. The vampire who collected my blood was extremely good at what she does. Happy to come back for future blood test. I got there when it opened at 7am and only had to wait for one person. Don’t forget to grab a number and then sit down . Have your Medicare card ready so the process is streamlined and stress free. Thank you
