Long then before waiting time. Totally unacceptable practice by a medical provider. Lack of staff on duty and it's a disgrace. Prefer the previous place on Burwood Health center where you were in and out in no more than 10min. Get you act together, it's about providing not cost cutting. Never again to come here.

I had an terrible experience at the Mount Waverley Highbury Rd collection centre (previously located on Burwood Hwy) during what should have been a simple, routine blood draw. They struck a nerve, sending a sharp painful electric shock down my arm. What was far worse was the complete lack of professionalism and care that followed. Julie Singh was so sweet. She was very warm and welcoming and took great care of me. There was another staff member (I do not know her name) who worked with her at the same time that did not treat me with the same kindness and, instead, was snappy and rude.

Worst experience ever Staff seemed to be unprofessional they were so rude and blood collection was too painful Instead of putting down my details on system first they just collected two bottles of blood first and then told you have to pay as we are not able to process with your insurance whereas all other labs do it and she threw bottles of blood in the bin
