Julie Singh was so sweet. She was very warm and welcoming and took great care of me. There was another staff member (I do not know her name) who worked with her at the same time that did not treat me with the same kindness and, instead, was snappy and rude.
Worst experience ever Staff seemed to be unprofessional they were so rude and blood collection was too painful Instead of putting down my details on system first they just collected two bottles of blood first and then told you have to pay as we are not able to process with your insurance whereas all other labs do it and she threw bottles of blood in the bin
There were 2 Indian pathologists together and another in the other room alone, the 2 were distractions to each other, overlooking basic techniques to draw blood and perform admin process with patient request forms. In this new location, there’s not enough signage to inform patients that there are 2 pathology rooms on opposite sides of the clinic and the waiting numbers sit at reception.
