I was here last time and had a great experience. The nurse was really helpful and opened on time at 7:00 . I went today for the same reason but waited out in cold for 25 min but nobody was there to open the pathology. Had to go somewhere else after that. I was disappointed thinking they may be running late but looking at recent reviews looks like it has become the regular occurrence. I have given 3 stars only because of my great last experience.
DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC IF YOU HAVE URGENT REQUEST. Attended early this morning before 8am and on my request slip it SAYS urgent blood test needed. I emphasized it to the pathology collector and she says yes she knows but the results would be out when the results are out. By noontime my healthcare provider and nurses were expecting results and at 3pm was told by dorevitch that they can only provide it end of day tomorrow as it was not marked as urgent by pathology collector. Convenient location - right in the Broadmeadows train station and opening hours are also convenient too. The staff is so lovely. Highly recommended…
